These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Villa Pomona website and the submission of booking inquiries. By submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking Inquiry vs. Confirmation
Submitting a booking request through our website constitutes an inquiry, not a confirmed reservation. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed by us via email. A reservation is only confirmed once we have sent you a written confirmation and, where applicable, received payment of a deposit or full amount.
2. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are indicative "from" rates per night and may vary based on season, length of stay, and occupancy. Final pricing will be provided in our booking confirmation. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are specified in your booking confirmation. As a general policy:
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in
- 50% refund for cancellation up to 7 days before check-in
- No refund for cancellation within 7 days of check-in
Special cancellation terms may apply during peak seasons and holidays. Please refer to your booking confirmation for exact terms.
4. Payment
Payment terms are agreed upon during the booking process. We accept bank transfer and, where agreed, other payment methods. No payment is processed through this website.
5. House Rules
Guests are expected to respect the following house rules:
- Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00
- No smoking inside the villa or pool house (designated outdoor areas available)
- Pets are not permitted
- Parties and events require prior approval
- Guests are responsible for their own valuables
6. Pool Seasonality
The swimming pool is seasonal and typically available from May to September, depending on weather conditions. Exact opening and closing dates are confirmed upon booking. The pool is not heated and is used at guests' own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
7. Liability
Villa Pomona and Vile Bled, d.o.o. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during your stay, except where caused by our negligence. Guests use the property, pool, and facilities at their own risk.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, or utility failures.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bled, Slovenia.
